On 2-4-1982, the Ministry of Agriculture decided to found the first branch of Central Agricultural Cooperative Management School
In 1983, the Ministry decided to transform the branch to be the School of Central Agricultural Cooperative Management School 2
In 1985, the President of the Ministries to transform it into School of Cadre Agriculture Management and Rural Development 2
In 1986, the Central School of Techniques for Agricultural Transformation was unified with the School of Cadre Agriculture Management cadre and Rural Development 2 and the name remains.
In 1987, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development decided to unify the School for Food Management and change its name into the School of Agriculture and Food.
In 1996, the Prime Minister decided to found the CMARD2 based on the first branch of Forest Management Cadres in Binh Duong province , for the following training purposes: Management, State Management, Rural Extension and Development.
