1. New Brunswick University, Canada (1996 – 2000): In the frame of the project on “Agricultural Management”, the college invited many specialists from the NewBrunsick University and Woodstock Community College to hold short-term training courses and seminars with titles relating to agricultural management and rural development. The college appointed the lecturers and managers to visit, exchange experiences and enjoy in 3 months training courses in Canada.

2. Searsolin Center, directly under Xavier University, Philippine (2001 – 2006)
In the period of 2001 – 2006, one or two officials are annually appointed to enjoy in 6 months training courses in Philippine for agricultural development.
Cooperating with Searsolin Center to hold the seminar “Community development based on community human force” in Vietnam.

3. InWent, Germany (2002 – 2004)
Lecturers are appointed to enjoy the training courses in Fedefing
11 practical and applied research subjects are held in Vietnam.

4. Extension and Training Support Project (ETSP), Switzerland (2003 – 2007)
In the frame of the project on “Extension and Training Support Project for Forestry and Agriculture in the Uplands” from 2003 to 2007, we are one of partners providing the training courses for project and local officials in the project region in Dak Nong and Thua Thien Hue Province.

5. Socodevi, Canada (2007 – 2013)
Deploying the co-operative development program in 8 provinces, cities. The main operations of the program include providing consulting service and increasing ability of State’s manager and cooperative’s officials.

6. Civil Service College (CSC), Singapore
Many officials are appointed to study the civil service and training management in CSC.

7. Ho Bac Officials Training Center (Vu Han, Ho Bac, China)
Manager and lecturers are appointed to study in short-term course on agricultural development and visit in Vu Han, Ho Bac.
In addition, the college cooperates with organizations such as Belgische Technische Cooperatie (BTC, Belgian), WinRock International, Enda, AIT - Thailand, etc., providing for consulting service and short-term training. The college shall access the advanced education of developed countries to update the internationally modern programs, at the same time, applying to conditions of Vietnam to design the directors training programs and short-term training courses which comply with requirement of human force development of Vietnam in the long-term future. Now, the college occupies a network of domestic and international specialists for training, scientific research and consultancy. With the active organization, we can attract a lot of excellent specialists to the project. We always stand side by side with collaborators to support and ensure the quality of works to satisfy the targets approved with the partners.
