Training 
a) Political theory cultivation:
The College is authorized by the Ho Chi Minh National Political-Administrative Institute to hold, teach and issue the certificate about political theory (the School has held 4 courses).
The College is authorized by the Ho Chi Minh National Political-Administrative Institute to enroll students and coordinate with the Political Institute in the areas to hold the high level courses about political theory (the School has held 4 courses).
b) Knowledge cultivation on State management:
The College is authorized by the Ho Chi Minh National Political-Administrative Institute to hold, teach and issue the certificate for the program of knowledge cultivation on State management for the scales of experts, officers, and pre-expert training. Up to now, the School has held tens of courses for thousands of learners. In addition, the College has held the cultivation program on the State management knowledge towards the collective economy and State management on rural and agricultural field for the administrative staff at all level from the central level to the grassroots.
c) Professional cultivation:
Every year, the College holds about 100 cultivation programs in accordance with the titles, cultivation of necessary profession and competence for the management staff in accordance with the requirement of the Ministry or the orders of the establishments.
Some important cultivation programs:
- Cultivation for the rural and agricultural project management staff;
- Training and cultivation for forest staff and the owners of forest;
- Training and cultivation for management staff of agricultural Cooperatives;
- Training and cultivation for the staff who do the task of arranging the residents;
- Cultivation on rural and agricultural development management for the staff at the grassroots.
- Participating in cultivating and holding the exams to raise the scale for the officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
- Participated in human resources development and training for enterprises in the field of rural and agricultural development such as Vietnam Rubber Group, Vietnam Food Corporation, Vietnam Coffee Corporation, etc.
d) Training the enterprise director:
For the past 20 years, the School has held 25 classes of training the enterprise directors for over 1.000 learners who are the management staff of the agricultural enterprises. Many ex-learners of the College are holding the key positions of the enterprises.
e) Coordination with other universities in training.
The College has coordinated with University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (Faculty of Economics), Binh Duong University, etc. in training the bachelor programs and post-university.
